As a user of OpenShift GitOps, I'm a little bit confused about the documentation in https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/cicd/gitops/run-gitops-control-plane-workload-on-infra-nodes.html

It's not clear to me which workloads are affected by that toggle, and whether I'm allowed to run additional Argo CD instances on infra nodes.

Acceptance criteria:

• OpenShift docs make it clear that it is the default openshift-gitops instance (and only that) which will be run on infra nodes
• The docs state that other Argo CD instances created by the customer are not eligible for running in infra nodes (or link to a document that states that)
