Add OCP 4.11 to the table of supported platforms

We need to add OpenShift 4.11 to the table of supported platforms.
This is part of the release notes process, so you're welcome to take this part (otherwise, I'll do it myself):

Step 1. Open a Merge Request into master to replace 4.10 with 4.11 on https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/red-hat-developers-documentation/red-hat-devtools/-/blob/master/docs/titles/devspaces/meta/product-attributes.adoc#L51

Ste 2. Open a Merge Request into master to add a 4.11 copy of each of the three supported platforms in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/red-hat-developers-documentation/red-hat-devtools/-/blob/master/docs/topics/devspaces/administration-guide/examples/snip_devspaces-supported-platforms-and-installation-methods.adoc
In such order as, for example:
OpenShift Container Platform 4.10
OpenShift Container Platform 4.11
OpenShift Dedicated 4.10
OpenShift Dedicated 4.11
Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) 4.10
Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) 4.11
