Describe the issue:

in the 4.10 official documentation its stated that the operator web terminal is in tech preview. However in the official RH blog (
https://cloud.redhat.com/blog/announcing-the-general-availability-of-the-openshift-web-terminal-operator-1.5
) its stated that web terminal 1.5 is GA.

Suggestions for improvement:

It has to be revised and corrected based on if the web terminal is GA or tech preview.
