prod-url attribute not rendering correctly

      In upstream  the prod-url attribute is rendering correctly:

      Upstream:
 prod-url: "https://__<che_fqdn>__"
Downstream:
:prod-url: "https://devspaces-__<openshift_deployment_name>__.__<domain_name>__"

      In downstream, the attribut doesn't render correctly.
