      Rewrite entirely the chapter that is outdated. Part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHDEVDOCS-3884

      Scope:

      • Install Che / Dev Spaces in a restricted environment on OpenShift: the procedure relies on commands that are specific to OpenShift.
      • The OpenShift control plane still has access to Internet (same as for CRW 2.15).
