CodeReady Containers can no longer be described as "local OpenShift" with the expanded scope introduced by the development preview features. Once those features are integrated into the mainline branch, the primary focus of CRC will be more along the lines of "providing control over container runtimes" – specifically, OpenShift Container Platform and Podman. We need to make this information clear to the reader as soon as possible.

Note that this will need to be changed in the documentation as well as in the README file for the upstream repository. Are there any other locations we need to update this description? The cloud.redhat.com landing page, for instance?
