There are a few problems in 3.2.2. Building a custom plug-ins registry image doc:
1. In Step 3 the link is wrong, it doesn't redirect to the adding-a-vs-code-extension-to-the-che-plugin-registr directly;
2. In Step 5 the path should be ./dependencies/che-plugin-registry/output/v3/plugins/ not ./dependencies/che-plugin-registry/v3/plugins/
