Publication is now orchestrated from the https://github.com/eclipse/che-docs/tree/publication-builder branch, and we publish versions. It requires some adaptations in the release automation. Here is what we need:

Important note: for the release where devworkspaces becomes the default, 7.42, the reference branch will becomes `main`. The `main` branch is a brand new branch not updated from the `master` branch. Therefore we must update the release workflow in `master` and `main` independently.
