Fix prod-deployment attribute in Installation Guide, Uninstalling

In the Installation Guide, Uninstalling chapter,use the `prod-deployment` attribute rather than `prod-id` to describe the cluster name.

The value is the same in upstream, but downtream it becomes `red-hat-codeready-workspaces` rather than `codeready`.
