The statement about upstream version of Eclipse Che is not correct for CRW v2.12

I think that this is not true in the release notes – the very first statement about CRW:

Red Hat CodeReady Workspaces 2.12 is based on Eclipse Che 2.36.

It should be Eclipse Che v7.36.
