Copy supported versions table to enterprise-4.7 and 4.8

landerso@redhat.com consider updating the following table (by removing columns) and copying it to:

• logging/cluster-logging-release-notes.adoc
• logging/cluster-logging-upgrading.adoc

in the enterprise 4.7 and 4.8 branches.
