Description of problem:

when using the OSD installation docs for logging
https://docs.openshift.com/dedicated/4/logging/dedicated-cluster-deploying.html
there is no indication to a cli method of installation.

also the ocp method of installing doesn't work on osd if you follow it to the letter.

the end result of the document is a installation process that allows a user to install cluster-logging on his cluster as a self-service.

How reproducible:
every logging installation of 4.6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install osd cluster
2. follow ocp steps to the letter
3. attempt to install the operatorgroup in the openshift-logging namespace

Actual results:
the csv and operator pod should not spin up due to 2 operatorgroups in the namespace

Expected results:
the csv and operator pod should spin up
docs of osd should reflect that
