Please add note concerning service names, network plugin

Please put a notice in the Installation Guide, section "Switching between external and internal DNS names in inter-component communication" [1].

Note: Using internal service names is incompatible with OpenShift clusters configured with the 'multi-tenant' network plugin. Red Hat recommends use of external (route) communications in that case.
