      Update the Getting Started with CRS Tools Guide

      Note: The second screen shot in chapter 5.4.3 is not up to date. The project-starter vert-ex does not exist. Since there could be some changes when updating to the new ODO/in the devfile registry, this wasn't updated for 12.19, instead it was decided to renew this passage for the 12.19.1 release.
