Notes from Stevan's (PM) mail:
A new Certification program from Helm charts was introduced earlier, and now a new repository for the Helm Chart is being introduced.

On OpenShift 4.5, 4.6, 4.7:

• Those will still point to the old repository which will be kept available until the Extended Lifecycle Support for 4.7 expires
• They'll be able to add the new repository manually.
• For documentation:
  • We need to add an information about the new Helm Certified.
  • We need to provide instructions on how people can manually add the new repository
