IG when installing on OpenShift 4, remove the preliminary creation of the project.

    Description

      In Installing Che on OpenShift 4 using OperatorHub:

      • Remove the procedure Creating a project in OpenShift Web Console. It is not needed anymore.
      • In Installing the Eclipse Che Operator, remove step 4 Pick an existing namespace.  We should keep the default value (create the project).

      • Test on latest released version of Che
      • Test on CRW 2.9 or 2.10
