Add docs on how customers can replace the pipeline templates used in the "import from Git" flows with their own pipeline templates.

Document creation of Pipelines with the appropriate labels, so that those pipelines are available via the Add flow.

Create a separate module for adding custom Pipelines to the Add flow.

High priority as per both Siamak and Serena. This feature is not easily discoverable and customers are asking for it. This was implemented in 4.3 so needs to be in the 4.5 + docs.
