A website/web page that allows the user to browse the existing content of the public devfile registry. We can look at existing registries, e.g. https://hub-preview.tekton.dev/, https://hub.docker.com/, etc., to see if we can reuse similar browsing experiences for our devfile registry.

As a stretched goal, we'll allow actions, e.g. downloading staterProjects, for a given stack.
