As part of this issue, it would help to consolidate all Helm docs in one place, current Helm docs under CLI tools would make sense under it if docs like https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.7/cli_reference/developer_cli_odo/odo-cli-reference.html are covered in it too. Either move the ones under app life cycle here or vice versa.
