Users are no longer forced to choose between the internal OR external log store

While reviewing the docs, I noticed that a couple of topics present an either/or choice between using the internal log store OR forwarding to an external log store. With https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1911477 being fixed, this is no longer an either/or choice. The instructions in these topics affect only the forwarding behavior, not the internal log store. I have removed part of the phrase to make this clear.
