As per Lala's decision, both RHEL Workstation and Server need to be supported for CDK installation. Docs will need the following updates:

remove all references to only Server being supported
ensure generic instructions work as expected on both variants (PolKit?)
modify component install. instructions to provide steps for both variants (SCL repos, yum groups?)
ensure CLI client install. thru VSM on host works as expected on both variants
