[Recurring] Tutorial updates

      Our main getting started depends on the Pipelines tutorial here: https://github.com/openshift/pipelines-tutorial
      Any changes made there between the release needs to be updated in the docs too. Otherwise the getting started will fail.
      Update installation CLI links, RPM, all YAML snippets for versions that have changed.
      This is a recurring task for each release.
