Che (and CRW) docs need to be updated/extended to reflect support for devfile 2.x. Support for devfile 1.x is not going away, but 2.x will be the preferred one. So, we need to convert all devfile examples to 2.x (unless they can be eliminated in favor of linking to https://docs.devfile.io/).

This is related to the support for DevWorkspaces.
