It's indicated that:
By default, the log collector uses the following sources: * journald for all system logs */var/log/containers/*.log for all container logs
I'd suggest adding the audit logs file location to this list like this:
By default, the log collector uses the following sources: * journald for all system logs * /var/log/containers/*.log for all container logs * /var/log/audit/audit.log for all audit logs in case that they are defined to be collected
