Bug 1913970 - Remove outdated content

"I would think we need to remove the Updating log forwarding custom resources topic also. [1]
That topic tell users how to update their log forwarding custom resource. If they used log forwarding in 4.5, and updated to 4.6, they need to edit or replace the required CR. There were several changes.
I assume that going from 4.6 to 4.7, this won't be needed, as they can use the CR, as far as I know."
