Description of problem: The Add view in ODC is actually +Add and must be changed accordingly. As per ISG, UI elements should be referred to as is. Also other writers are referring to it as +Add, so it causes inconsistency.
Find replace all instance of 'Add' view in the context of ODC, and change to +ADD.
