The web (https://devfile.github.io/) needs to have a proper Antora theme (reuse what we have for Che docs?)

Also, the web currently uses a pseudo-modular structure (because source content was originally copied from Che docs). What needs to happen:

1. Determine whether we actually need modular structure for this docs project.

• If yes, set it up correctly.
• If not, get rid of the Che remnants of mod docs.

2. Get rid of mod docs prefixes in rendered URLs (e.g. assembly_ in https://devfile.github.io/devfile/assembly_making-a-workspace-portable-using-a-devfile.html).
