In chapter 3.1, one is instructed on how to install CRW in a restricted environment on OCP4. However, the CRW documentation links to the general OpenShift documentation, and it's easy to get lost/misunderstand exactly which steps are needed.

Ideally, we could write our own docs, specific to CRW, that outline the steps required for deploying CRW in a restricted environment.
