EUG - oc apply fails for mongo meta.yaml

In chapter 3, section 4, running "oc apply -f ${mongo}" fails with the following error:

The Deployment "mongo-controller" is invalid: 

• spec.selector: Required value

• spec.template.metadata.labels: Invalid value: map[string]string{"name":"mongo"}: `selector` does not match template `labels`
