Installation instructions for Windows need to include the possibility of using HyperV as the hypervisor provider.

Scenarios:

• no hypervisor installed, want to use HyperV
  • which hypervisor (HyperV, VirtualBox) is recommended?
  • if HyperV, is it recommended even if VirtualBox used?
• HyperV already in already in use (does Vagrant detect it?)
