While support for using Helm Chart deployments on Openshift has arrived in OCP 4, it was only Tech Preview in OCP 4.3, so today in CRW 2.1, use of Helm is not supported.

So... we should stop including instructions for using Helm since we don't support it as an install method, and OCP doesn't support it as an install target.

Example:

"For Helm Chart deployments: set the .global.workspace.number parameter to 1."

(There are at least 5 occurences of "helm" in the IG.)

If this doesn't get done before 2.2, then we need to instead decide if we want to support Helm as a deployment path for CRW 2.2 on OCP 4.4. I would suspect the answer is NO - we will only support operatorhub for OCP 4.x and crwctl for OCP 3.11 - but others might have a different opinion.
