[DOWNSTREAMING] vale - attributes - Subs "CodeReady Workspaces workspace" -> "workspace" sometimes incorrect

Downstreaming substitutions that fix "CodeReady Workspaces workspace" to say just "workspace" are incorrect in cases where the term occurs in a heading (or an image title).

Likely culprit is this rule in tools/downstreaming-crw/substitutions.sed:
