It has been discussed in the retro that some SMEs want to be able to follow the changes to certain docs. If we set up docs owners, the owners recieves a notification every time there is a PR for a doc.

GitHub allow to assign the review of PRs to a member of a team using a round robin algorithm (link to the doc).

We will setup this feature on eclipse/che-docs repository so that we will always have one engineering team lead assigned to review a PR. The idea is to have a reviewer that is not necessarily an SME on the topic.

That mechanism should encourage cross pollination and better (unbiased, fresh eyes) reviews.

To be merged, a PR should be approved by the engineer and by a member of the documentation team.
