The documented procedure (1) for "Adding custom public SSL certificates to CodeReady Workspaces trust-store" is ineffective.

After following the instructions, nothing seems changed. The CRW server is not refreshed, the provided value for serverTrustStoreConfigMapName does not seem to affect anything.
