CRW 2.1.0 Installation Guide doesn't have information about how to install CRW with external identity provider (RH SSO).

Installation of CRW with external RH SSO has been documented:

in CRW 2.0: "5.4.3. auth configuration settings related to authentication used by CodeReady Workspaces installation";
in CRW 1.x: "2.3.4. Deploying CodeReady Workspaces with external Red Hat Single Sign-On".
