[LANGUAGE] Unify use of [...] in YAML and other files in Che docs

When a config file (devfile and similar) is abbreviated, the left out lines are usually denoted by ... (three dots) ot [...]. These two are used interchangeably. Unify it, pbbly on ... (three dots).
