The CRW Installation Guide, section 2.2, tells the user to make a new namespace called 'codeready-workspaces'. This workspace doesn't seem to serve any useful purpose, as CRW spins things into namespace 'workspaces' by default, the 'codeready-workspaces' space seems to hold nothing at the end of installation.

Please remove references to this namespace.
