      As described in CRW-577, there is a problem with CRW 2.0 installation on some OCP installations.

      If the user attempts to install using TLS, it is unsuccessful without the --self-signed-cert flag.

      Please provide this information in some form in the Installation Guide [2].

      Note: The Installation Guide also suggests:

      1. Create a new project called codeready-workspaces:
      $ oc new-project codeready-workspaces

      (Step 2 makes the installation, but it goes to a workspace other than 'codeready-workspaces'). Is it really necessary to make the workspace 'codeready-workspaces' first? It does not appear to receive any artifacts from the installation.
