The DTS User Guide wasn't fully reviewed and updated for the beta release.

Required minor edits:

• GCC chapter - add languages section
• GCC caveat might be a good candidate for the Known Issues section of RN (writing Lenka)
• Revision History doc - update
• Table 1.1 review (3 empty components)
• Eclipse IDE addressed here: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RHDEVDOCS-1390
• Ch. 1.3 - pending SME review (duplicate)
• binutils - rephrase, get SME-reviewed
• recheck 32-bit architecture info
• incorporate latest feedback from Eugene and Nick (architecture and low order bit / bit zero)
• BZ bug formatting needs to be consistent with RN: BZ#number-as-a-link
• Appendix A (changelog) to be peer reviewed.
