I prepared the splash pages and I plan to publish both RHSCL and DTS docs together as always: On the release day (Nov 7) and AFTER confirming with RCM and PM that nothing got wrong. That's the practice we've had in the past releases. So your team's only concern should be providing a buildable UG.
