Installing CRW doc refers to OpenShift Dedicated as OKD which is false.

      This sentence "To install OpenShift Dedicated 3.11, see OKD documentation" is a complete non sense.

      OpenShift Dedicated is managed by Red Hat.
      OKD is upstream project to OCP.

      It is in chapter 2.2. Running the CodeReady Workspaces deployment script.
