Links and descriptions at https://developers.redhat.com/products/cdk/download/ say "RHEL 7.2", which is incorrect. It should be "RHEL 7.3".

However, the actual linked filenames also say "rhel-7.2". That's a mistake that will possibly be fixed after GA (Dec 13). So, we need to include a note on that page that would explain the matter to users. For example:

"The CDK 2.3 Vagrant box file names erroneously state that the version of RHEL they are based on is 7.2. Please, disregard this mistake. The CDK 2.3 Vagrant boxes contain the latest RHEL 7.3."
