We are creating a new DevNation contest.
If someone registers for RHD between June 1st and June 20th they will be entered to win a free pass to DevNation. We will select a daily winner.

We will have promo banners on developer.redhat.com that will link to a intermediary page (such as this one: http://developers.redhat.com/promotions/developers-salary-survey-2016/ (for an example).

This intermediary page needs to have somehow display or have the user agree to the T&C's for the contest (which I have) and also direct them to register for RHD program in order to be entered.

Let me know what you need to get started. This is one of the Jira's I've opened so bear with me if it's not correct!
