Moving workspaces under 'Ungrouped Hosts' shouldn't be allowed

      I was able to successfully 'move' an existing workspace under 'Ungrouped Hosts' using the 'Move workspace' actions on the workspace. We should not allow moving an existing workspace under 'Ungrouped Hosts'.
