Create a list of End points and affected services/teams (if known), so that we can ensure we properly plan the migration and include all the relevant end points in V3.

Once we have decided that the V1 endpoints are going to be deprecated, we need to send an email to the platform to announce this deprecation and a target date for when the V1 endpoints will be removed from Notifications. We should give enough time in advance for everyone to be able to migrate to the new endpoints.
