Create quickstarts-prod namespace on hccp01ue1 cluster following the SOP.

Tasks

• Follow SOP at docs/tenant-services/console.redhat.com/app-sops/quickstarts/multicluster-deployment.md
• Create namespace file: data/services/insights/quickstarts/namespaces/hccp01ue1-quickstarts-prod.yml
• Use same namespace name: quickstarts-prod (must match crcp01ue1)
• Reference HCC production environment: /products/hcc/environments/production.yml
• Share existing RDS database from crcp01ue1 via vault-secret mounting
• Share existing CloudWatch from crcp01ue1 via vault-secret
• Remove networkPoliciesAllow references to 3scale (HCC uses Gateway API)
• Add networkPoliciesAllow for openshift-customer-monitoring.hccp01ue1.yml
• Copy managedResourceTypes from source namespace

Acceptance Criteria

• Namespace file created following SOP
• All SOP steps verified and completed
• Configuration matches production requirements
