Create comprehensive SOP based on the stage environment migration that can be followed for production deployment.

Tasks

• Create SOP at: docs/tenant-services/console.redhat.com/app-sops/chrome/multicluster-deployment.md
• Document all steps performed during STAGE migration
• Include environment-specific values table (hccs01ue1 stage vs hccp01ue1 production)
• Document prerequisites (cluster, monitoring namespace, vault secrets, RDS databases)
• Include step-by-step instructions for:
  • Namespace creation with key configuration details
  • Shared AWS resource mounting (vault-secret paths)
  • Role access grants
  • SaaS target additions
  • Monitoring setup (ServiceMonitors, PrometheusRules)
• Document post-deployment verification steps
• Document MR submission order and dependencies
• Include lessons learned from stage migration

Acceptance Criteria

• SOP created at docs/tenant-services/console.redhat.com/app-sops/chrome/multicluster-deployment.md
• SOP is complete enough that someone can follow it to repeat production migration
• SOP includes environment-specific values for both hccs01ue1 (stage) and hccp01ue1 (production)
• SOP documents the complete deployment order with MR dependencies
• SOP includes verification steps to confirm successful deployment
• SOP reflects actual steps taken during stage migration
