Validate chrome-service hccs01ue1 configuration before creating SOP.

Tasks

• Run make bundle validate to ensure all configurations are valid
• Run ./hack/run-prometheus-tests.py for new PrometheusRules
• Verify deployment is successful on hccs01ue1
• Document any issues or learnings during stage migration

Acceptance Criteria

• make bundle validate passes
• Prometheus tests pass
• Chrome-service is successfully deployed and running on hccs01ue1
• All monitoring alerts are working correctly
