The table under the "My workspaces" tab should display the workspaces that the logged-in user is a member of. The table should have "Workspace" and "Admin or Viewer role" column. We will be ignoring the Roles number column for now.  Table should have pagination, filtering, and ordering. 

Clicking on a workspace should open a side panel displaying Roles associated with that workspace. This will be implemented in a different story. Just make the rows clickable for now. 

This should use the rolebindings api. Updated in this PR https://github.com/RedHatInsights/insights-rbac/pull/2555 to allow filtering by subject and resource.
