"My User Access" page needs to be renamed to "My Access". This will help disambiguate the content of this page with the content found in other "User Access" pages used by administrators. 

• Update the page heading and side panel title to "My Access"
• Add page description "View your permissions across all groups and workspaces within the Hybrid Cloud Console"
